Technology Transfer Office (TTO)


The aim of University of Agriculture’s Technology Transfer Office (TTO) is to stimulate innovation at the University and to transfer inventions and innovative knowledge to the economy.
TTO provides access to intellectual property of University, including patents, trademarks and know how. The Technology Transfer Office manages licensing and the creation of spin-offs from the University of Agriculture.
TTO files more than one patent application each month and has started filing international applications since 2012.
TTO serves as a bridge between University’s researchers and business environment. Through technology transfer, innovations may be incorporated into products and services that benefit local community and entrepreneurs. University of Agriculture is a member of Cluster LifeScience Krakow which offers the access to a well-organized cooperation network operating in both scientific and business sections of the life science sector.
